Top 5 Places To Find DATES!
Top 5 places to find dates

If you're lacking in significant other, than you're part of the SINGLE AF CREW. It's not a bad place to be. It brings awareness to your situation and makes you feel less alone. In my latest video, you'll find the Top 5 Places To Find Dates. Make sure you brush up on your awkwardness before tackling these places. In my case, I just accept my inner awkward. You'll be happy to know that this list does not include clubs and bars. Those places can be zoos and I'm not trying to throw you into the jungle.

Top 5 Places to Find Dates

1. Coffee Shops - Yes, just like the movies this can happen. But, you have to go to the poppin coffee shops. Yep. Annoying I know, but you have to go where people are to meet someone.

2. Sports Oriented Sh!t - Go to a sporting event or join an adult sports league. This is a great way to meet someone in daylight, soberish, while being active. Plus, you can see if they have an awkward run.

3. Grocery Stores - Face it, we all have to eat or we'll die. There's a great chance that at some point during the week you'll find someone here. Maybe your hands will touch while reaching for the same cereal.

4. HOUSE PARTIES - It's a dying breed the older you get. Yet, people love house parties. It's the feeling of being able to talk to people that have common interests. In this case, your friends. It's a dating app, but in real life.

5. Gym - Get a membership or class pass and use this to your advantage. It's also good for your health. In trying to find a man or woman. You might trick your body into some abs. It's a double win.

The best part about this Top 5 is that it comes full circle. You might run into that cutie from the gym at the grocery store. The guy you met at the house party might be in your coffee shop. People, this is the trifecta of dating. Use it.

[RECIPE!] Vegan Gingerbread Donuts + Ginger Maple Glaze
Vegan Ginger Donuts and Maple Glaze

Recently became Vegan. In this journey I've noticed a lack of what my greedy ass craves, sweets. I decided to fill this void myself. So I'm on a journey to bake Vegan versions of my favorite desserts and candies.  For my first cooking experience on YouTube, I tackled my beloved donuts. Watch the video below to learn how to make Vegan Gingerbread Donuts with Ginger Maple Glaze.

Vegan Gingerbread Donuts + Ginger Maple Glaze

(Print the Recipe!)

Notes: this recipe makes about 12 baked donuts, and it only takes about 30 minutes in total to throw together.

Donut Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 ¾ cup flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp ground ginger

  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp ground cloves

  • Pinch of all spice

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup oil - (I used coconut)

  • 1 tbsp vinegar (I used apple cider)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup lukewarm non-dairy milk or water (I used almond milk)

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and oil the donut pans with vegan butter, oil, or spray. I use coconut oil or vegan butter.

In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt).

In a medium bowl slowly whisk together the wet ingredients sugar, milk, vanilla and oil.

Create a large well in the dry ingredients, then slowly pour the wet ingredients into it. Whisk until well combined.

Fill a pastry bag or plastic ziplock bag {cut the end} with the batter and distribute it evenly into the donut pans. You can also just scoop the batter into each donut hole. Til each is about 2/3 full. Makes it easier if you place the bag inside a tall cup when placing batter into it. Bake for 10-13 minutes, remove from the oven. Let sit in tray for 5 minutes then pop the donuts out of the pan and let cool on a rack.

Ginger Maple Glaze Ingredients:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

  • 1-2 tbsp water or milk (I used almond milk)

In a small bowl. Mix together powdered sugar, maple syrup and ginger. Add milk one tsp at a time until desired consistency.

Once donuts are cooled, dip each one into the glaze. Set on wire rack and repeat until all donuts are complete.

WTF: Porn Stories
Porn Stories Tiffy Diamond

I've discussed my new Vegan lifestyle and how to talk to your crush. My latest video talks about the taboo topic of porn. Growing up and learning about sex, most millennials stumbled on some form of pornography. Whether magazine, scrambled porn or late night Cinemax. For some reason, it's believed that only boys growing up have these stories. That girls would never struggle with trying to watch scrambled porn.

My latest video combats that, girls do wonder about sex. In fact, I go over a few funny stories about how I learned about sex.

1. Grandma's Old Stash - Exploring your grandparents house can lead to more than you bargained for. In this case, it was an old ass Playgirl magazine. Which I shared with every girl cousin I knew. This was our eye opening experience. Especially since manscaping didn't exist yet.

2. Scrambled Porn - Oh this generation has it so easy! The fun in scrambled porn is you assumed it was sex. With all the static, zig zags and horrible connection you never really knew. You would spend hours, just to see 2 seconds of sex. Seconds that you appreciated with all your heart.

3. Buying Playgirl - You know you're a teen when you think the guy at the newsstand gives a fck about what you buy. After weeks of planning, my best friend and I decided to buy our own Playgirl. Later in life this magazine would come to haunt me, when my father found it while helping me move out of the house.

4. Porn Party - What's that you ask? It's when a group of nerdy theatre kids (raises hand) decide to watch porn together. It was a pizza party and instead of movies we watched porn. Learning experience, yes. Awkward looking back on, double yes.

You can hear about these stories in hilarious detail in my latest YouTube video. In hopes that it reminds you that it's okay to talk about these subjects. Since at one point we were all curious about the bow chicka wow wow.

I recently made the switch to a Vegan lifestyle. I use that term loosely, because there's a lot of different Vegans out there. I'm a level one Vegan. Which means, I'm doing it for health and vanity reasons. Saving animals is just an awesome bonus. Yay animals! I'm a Level one Vegan to the point I call myself, "Vegetarian with Vegan tendencies."

In my newest YouTube video I discuss my journey into becoming a Vegan. The struggle is real but worth it. Here are a preview of the thoughts I share about this Vegan adventure:

1. I don't fuck with tofu. I've tried it - up, down, sideways, fried, and grilled. I gave it a good shot and I hate tofu.

2. I need some Vegan rules or commandments. There are so many types of Vegans we need to clear this shit up in the most basic way possible. Please for the sake of people trying to jump into this lifestyle.

3. If there is an Animal Apocalypse. I'm safe. I might even become the Queen of the animals. Which that is worth it right there. You should become Vegan for that point alone.

4. You're going to fucking miss cheese. To the point of dreaming about it. Vegan cheese is not cheese. It's a sad distant cousin to cheese, but it's not cheese. I'm on a mission so far Cashew Cheese and Trader Joe's Vegan cream cheese is the only option I fucks with.

You can watch the full take on becoming a Vegan in my latest YouTube video. Where I also ask the hard hitting question, "If you find a unicorn in the woods, is it a unicorn?"

The Flash and Captain Marvel Film News

Film Chat this week, we talk about, The Flash and Captain Marvel. With my quirky side notes and thoughts added in for good measure. This week I bring up sex and cookies

The Flash starring Ezra Miller will hit theaters in 2018. The new director taking over for this film is Rick Fumiyama. The director behind last year's Sundance hit "DOPE." He also wrote and directed classics, "Brown Sugar" and "The Wood." Excited to see what he brings to the table since this will be his first big budget studio film.

Captain Marvel will hit theaters in 2019. It will be the first Marvel film starring a female superhero. Though the first spot should go to Black Widow. Studios are in early negotiations with Brie Larson to portray the superhero. The Oscar winner is their first choice and Chris Evans has even praised the possibility.

WTF: Annoying People in The Grocery Store
Annoying People in the Grocery Store

I like to do my grocery shopping at night. This is because it feels like less of a cluster fck trying to get around. Being in a crowded market is a true test of zen. The downside to shopping at night is, the freaks come out. I'm quite aware that me shopping at night, makes me a weirdo too. I accept that. Watch my latest YouTube below to see my grocery shopping pet peeves and the people I encounter.

Film Chat this week, we talk about, The Magnificent Seven, Baywatch and Jason BourneWith my quirky side notes and thoughts added in for good measure.

The Magnificent Seven is the reimagining of the 1960s version starring Steve McQueen. This version has a star studded cast being lead by Denzel Washington, Chris Pratt and Ethan Hawke. Directed by Antoine Fuqua this diverse remake is a modern take on Westerns. It will also be the first time we've seen Denzel Washington on a horse.

The film version of the 90s show Baywatch is currently in production. Starring Dwayne Johnson (also producer) and Zac Efron. Swaying away from the serious tone of the original, this film adaptation will take a comedic route. Though Pamela Anderson will be appearing in a cameo. The role of CJ Parker will be newcomer Kelly Rohrbach.

Jason Bourne is returning with Matt Damon and Director Paul Greengrass. It's been 9 years since Matt Damon played this role. Boy, did we miss him. The trailer looks awesome. Excited to see the return of this character. Since, I wasn't a fan of The Bourne Legacy starring Jeremy Renner. Which is still getting a sequel AFTER Jason Bourne.

Deadpool 2, The Jungle Book, Ghost in the Shell

Film Chat this week, we talk about, Deadpool 2, The Jungle Book and Ghost in the Shell. With my quirky side notes and thoughts added in for good measure.

With the success of Deadpool surpassing $700 million it was only a matter of time before a sequel. Ryan Reynolds will be returning as well ass the creative team behind the original. Also, rumor has it they're trying to get Spider-man to join forces with Deadpool. But don't get your hopes up!

Disney's The Jungle Book film, surprised everyone in their box office results. A sequel is in the talks to bring back the director Jon Favreau and tell more stories of Mowgli. Disney's success is not looking good for Warner Brothers. Who have their own competing The Jungle Book coming out in 2018.

A lot of controversy around the casting of Scarlett Johansson for Ghost in the Shell. This has rubbed people wrong because Ghost in the Shell is a popular Anime series. Thus, more Asian actresses should have been on the short list for the film adaptation's lead role. The main point is, there is a lack of diversity in Hollywood. The solution starts early on in building more star power in Asian actors and actresses.

My Date With a Vampire
my date with a vampire

Yes, I went on a date with a real life vampire and lived to tell the story. To my defense, I didn't know he was a vampire until halfway through the dinner. To me, he looked like a regular L.A. Guy. I learned about the different types of vampires and underground vampire meetings. Watch the video below to hear the whole story and question if you're a "Vegan Vampire."

The Paper Magician by Charlie N. Holmberg was just snatched up by Disney to become the next film trilogy. Follows a girl getting accepted to the Tagis Praff School of inclined magic.
